Our Building Process is Streamlined.  Here's how it goes:

  • Have Your Financials in Order

  • Secure Your Lot or Land

  • Select your new Home Plan. Ryan Ingram Builders offers Design Build services or you may bring us plans by any designer of your choosing.

  • Finalize your Plans and Specs.  Our detailed Specifications booklet covers all items of selection, and outlines the building process, what is expected from the builder, as well as the owner's responsibilities. Each party will clearly know what to expect from the other.

  • Finalize your contract to build with Ryan Ingram Builders

  • Secure your Construction Loan and Permanent Financing with your lender of choice. 

  • Construction Begins

  • Time frame for construction completion depends on the size of your home.   Listed on our specifications booklet is the estimated period of construction for the size of your home.
